By accessing and using POD Bulk Mockup ("the Product"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. License Grant

Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use POD Bulk Mockup for your personal or business use. You may not:

Redistribute, resell, or share your license with others
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to access the source code
Use the Product to create competing tools or services
Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels

3. Use Restrictions

You agree to use POD Bulk Mockup only for lawful purposes. Specifically, you will not:

Create mockups of copyrighted designs or intellectual property you don't own
Use the Product to generate counterfeit or fraudulent goods
Violate any third-party rights (copyright, trademark, privacy, etc.)
Use the Product in any way that violates laws or regulations

4. Intellectual Property

POD Bulk Mockup and its content (design, functionality, code, text, graphics) are the sole property of POD Bulk Mockup. You own the mockups you create with your own designs and designs you have the right to use. The underlying Product remains our property.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with POD Bulk Mockup within 30 days of purchase, we'll refund your payment in full, no questions asked. To request a refund, contact us with your order details.

6. Disclaimers

As-Is Provision: The Product is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee:

Uninterrupted or error-free operation
Compatibility with all devices, operating systems, or software versions
That the Product will meet your specific needs
Accuracy of mockup renderings in all cases

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall POD Bulk Mockup be liable for:

Loss of data, revenue, or profits
Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
Third-party claims arising from your use of the Product

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Product.

8. Payment & Billing

Purchases are processed through Lemon Squeezy. By completing a purchase, you agree to their payment terms. POD Bulk Mockup is a one-time payment product — no recurring charges or subscriptions. You will receive a license key via email after purchase.

9. Updates & Changes

We may update the Product and these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Your continued use of the Product constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your license if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease using the Product. Refund eligibility ends 30 days after purchase.

11. Third-Party Services

POD Bulk Mockup may use third-party services (e.g., payment processors, cloud storage). We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with those laws.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.

14. Etsy & Print-on-Demand Compliance

POD Bulk Mockup is designed to help creators build mockups for selling on platforms like Etsy. You are solely responsible for ensuring your designs and listings comply with all applicable laws and third-party platform policies.

Specifically, you agree that:

You own or have the right to use all designs: You warrant that all designs, images, text, and materials you upload are original or that you have obtained explicit permission to use them
No copyrighted content: You will not use the Product to create mockups featuring copyrighted characters, trademarked logos, celebrity likenesses, or other protected intellectual property without authorization
Etsy policy compliance: You are responsible for understanding and complying with Etsy's Creativity Standards, intellectual property policies, and all current platform rules. Your listings must comply with Etsy's authenticity requirements
POD partner disclosure: If using print-on-demand services (Printful, Merch by Amazon, etc.), you must disclose all production partners to Etsy or other marketplaces, as required by their policies
No guarantee of platform acceptance: We do not guarantee that mockups created with our tool will be accepted by Etsy, other marketplaces, or print-on-demand providers. Platform policy violations are solely your responsibility
Platform bans: If your use of our tool violates a platform's policies and results in account suspension or closure, we are not liable for lost revenue, inventory, or access

15. Copyright & DMCA Compliance

Intellectual Property: You agree not to use the Product to create, distribute, or sell designs that infringe on copyright, trademarks, patents, or other intellectual property rights.

DMCA Takedown Notices: If we receive a DMCA takedown notice claiming that content created with our tool infringes copyright, we will:

Notify you of the claim
Disable access to the infringing content if requested by the copyright holder
Preserve evidence and cooperate with legal processes

To File a DMCA Claim: If you believe your copyright has been infringed, submit a detailed notice to:
